Once again school was hardly out when the girls left for Roxheim to see Mimi and Opa. The weather was so hot they spent a lot of time swimming at the SilberSee, but Annika also had a number of opportunities to ride (and care for) some Horses. They also had fun spending a day at Kurpfalz. But the biggest reason for the trip was Opas Birthday! After Opa's Birthday party the girls went down to Salzburg, where they again looked for water to cool of the heat at MondSee with their cousins and Uncle Peter. After Salzburg is was off to Lech, Austria, to meet Papa. The girls got to go on some hikes, like to Burstadt, especially while Mama was doing a local tri-athalon. Once day Mama and Papa got to go on a beautiful hike around the White Ring, while Mimi watched the twins and Annika was in Kids Kamp.
